Key first quarter metrics (all percentage changes compare 1Q 2025 to 1Q 2024 unless otherwise noted): Revenues totaled $18.321 billion Net income attributable to HCA Healthcare, Inc. totaled $1.610 billion, or $6.45 per diluted share Adjusted EBITDA totaled $3.733 billion Cash flows from operating activities totaled $1.651 billion Same facility admissions increased 2.6 percent and same facility equivalent admissions increased 2.8 percent "The solid fundamentals we saw in our business the past several quarters continued into the first quarter of 2025," said Sam Hazen, Chief Executive Officer of HCA Healthcare.
