This month, the home improvement retailer relaunched its Kids Club program and began handing out lollipops as a way to draw young parents, but it's also trying to reel in Gen Z and younger Millennials with a wider array of merchandise and the help of influencers. After a sluggish few years for home improvement, do-it-yourself projects could gain momentum again as consumers adjust to higher mortgage rates and buy furniture, retail analyst Chuck Grom said.
