The positive stance follows remarks by the company's CFO Richard McPhail at the JPM Conference. Wolfe Research Bullish on The Home Depot, Inc. According to McPhail, the housing sector remains subdued, with just 3% stock turnover compared to 4% to 5% in a normal environment. Consequently, a home price correction might be needed to restore market equilibrium. Wolfe Research does not anticipate a near-term market turn given the current environment of high mortgage rates above 6.5%.
