Increase marks a 25% cumulative Cash Dividend Increase over the Past 12 months HOLLYWOOD, Fla. & MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A) (NYSE:HEI) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a 17% increase in the semi-annual cash dividend to $0.07 per share from $0.06 per share, payable on both classes of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2019 to shareholders of record as of January 3, 2019. This announcement marks HEICO’s 3rd cash dividend increase in the past 12 months and HEICO’s 81st consecutive semi-annual cash dividend since 1979.
