HEQ introduced some changes to its name and investment policy in 2024, which have been reflected in a larger allocation to fixed-income exposure over the last year. The fund has an attractive 9.33% distribution rate but has performed relatively poorly against its benchmarks, which could make its wider discount appropriate.
