Third Quarter 2025 Highlights:Net income was $175.5 million. Net cash provided by operating activities was $258.9 million.Net income attributable to Hess Midstream LP was $97.7 million, or $0.75 basic earnings per Class A share, after deduction for noncontrolling interests.Adjusted EBITDA1 was $320.7 million and Adjusted Free Cash Flow1 was $186.8 million.Completed accretive $70.0 million repurchase of Class A shares of Hess Midstream LP and $30.0 million repurchase of Class B units of Hess Midstream Operations LP.Increased quarterly cash distribution to $0.7548 per Class A share for the third quarter of 2025, an increase of $0.0178 per Class A share for the third quarter of 2025 compared with the second quarter of 2025.
