Third Quarter 2025 Highlights Net income was $19.2 million, or $0.55 per diluted share, compared to $12.2 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025. Deposits increased $73.1 million, or 1.3% (5.0% annualized), with noninterest demand deposits increasing 2.1% (8.4% annualized), from the second quarter of 2025. Net interest income increased $2.4 million, or 4.3% (17.2% annualized) from the second quarter of 2025. Net interest margin increased to 3.64%, an increase of 13 basis points from 3.51% for the second quarter of 2025. Yield on loans increased to 5.53%, from 5.50% for the second quarter of 2025.
