company, today announced the closing of its previously announced private investment in public equity financing (the "PIPE"), resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $7.0 million before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. Health In Tech Logo (PRNewsfoto/Health In Tech Inc.) The PIPE included participation from institutional investors and accredited investors. The Company issued an aggregate of 5,600,000 shares of common stock at a price of $1.25 per share. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC acted as the sole placement agent for the PIPE. Loeb & Loeb LLP acted as counsel to the Company. Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP acted as counsel to the placement agent.
