("High Tide" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: HITI) (TSXV: HITI) (FSE: 2LYA), the high-impact, retail-forward enterprise built to deliver real-world value across every component of cannabis, today announced that its wholly owned U.S. hemp-derived CBD subsidiary, NuLeaf Naturals, intends to pursue participation in the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center's Beneficiary Engagement Incentive ("BEI") pilot program as suppliers of eligible hemp-derived CBD products, and has already begun engaging with participating organizations.
