XIAMEN, China, April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HiTek Global Inc. (Nasdaq: HKIT) (the "Company"), an information technology consulting and solutions provider, announced today that it will effect a 50-for-1 share consolidation of its Class A ordinary shares, effective April 6, 2026 (the "Share Consolidation"), in order to meet the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Beginning with the opening of trading on April 6, 2026, the Company's Class A ordinary shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis under the same trading symbol, "HKIT," and a new CUSIP number, G45139113.On November 24, 2025, at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company's shareholders authorized the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") to effect one or more share consolidations of the Company's Class A ordinary shares at an aggregate cumulative ratio ranging from 1-for-40 to 1-for-5,000 within two years following th
