HONG KONG March 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited ("SIHL" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; HKEX stock code: 363.HK) announced its audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025. Revenue amounted to HK$20.832 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 28.0%. Profit attributable to owners of the Company was HK$2.02 billion, down 28.1% year-on-year. The Board has recommended a final dividend of HK50 cents per share, and proposed a special dividend of HK20 cents per share to celebrate the 30 th anniversary of listing.
