– Adjusted Third Quarter Fiscal 2026 Diluted EPS of $1.94 – – Announces Dividend of $0.60 per Share for Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2026 – LOS ANGELES & NEW YORK, January 28, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE:HLI) ("Houlihan Lokey" or the "Company") today reported financial results for its third quarter ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, revenues were $717 million, compared with $634 million for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024. Net income was $117 million, or $1.70 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared with $95 million, or $1.39 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024. Adjusted net income for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 was $133 million, or $1.94 per diluted share, compared with $114 million, or $1.64 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024.
