The Surrey-based healthcare group, known for its erectile dysfunction treatment Eroxon, ended the year with £3.4 million in cash following a £2.75 million fundraise in November. Futura anticipates a tax credit refund of approximately £300,000 and expects to receive a milestone payment of US$2.5 million from healthcare multinational Haleon in the first half of 2026, subject to the grant of a US patent for Eroxon. The company said its combined cash resources and expected inflows would provide a financial runway through to December 2026. A strategic review of the business is underway and is expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2026. Outcomes will be published with full-year results in mid-April.
