The drugmaker intends to sell approximately 630M Haleon ( HLN ) ordinary shares, including American Depositary Shares, each representing two ordinary shares, through a public offering in the U.S. and a concurrent offering outside the country. Shares of Haleon closed trading in London at GBX 322.30 last week, based on which 630M shares would be worth around £2B. The offering price will be announced on or about March 19, following completion of the bookbuilding. Pfizer ( PFE ) will receive all the net proceeds from the offering. NYSE-listed shares of Haleon ( HLN ) were down around in premarket hours on Monday In addition, Haleon ( HLN ) has agreed to repurchase approximately $400M worth of ordinary shares off-market from Pfizer ( PFE ) at the same time as the completion of the secondary offering.
