CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Nov. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading private markets asset management firm Hamilton Lane Incorporated (Nasdaq: HLNE) today reported its results for the second fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. The Company issued a full detailed presentation of its second quarter fiscal 2026 results, which can be accessed on the Company's Shareholders website at https://shareholders.hamiltonlane.com/. Dividend Hamilton Lane has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share of Class A common stock to record holders at the close of business on December 19, 2025 that will be paid on January 7, 2026. The target full-year dividend of $2.16 represents a 10% increase from the prior fiscal year dividend.
