The all-new 2027 QX65 is the most important product in years for the Nissan-owned ( NSANY ) upmarket brand — a fastback SUV designed to turn heads and, more critically, sales. Last year, Infiniti's US sales dipped 9% to 52,846 units sold, less than half the amount sold fewer than 10 years ago. Meanwhile, Toyota's ( TM ) Lexus grew 7.1% in 2025, following an already record year in 2024. Honda's ( HMC ) Acura also edged slightly higher. Read more: Buying an electric car? Infiniti is hoping the QX65 is the answer to that slide by addressing the midsize, two-row SUV market. “We are bringing it into the largest segment in luxury,” Infiniti Americas vice president Eric Ledieu said. “We think that will do well for us.
