VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A new study utilizing data from a large American population confirms that Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) is a superior metric to guide people on how much exercise they need to achieve and maintain optimal heart health. In fact, achieving a weekly PAI score of 100 or more is associated with 4 to 5 years longer life when compared to those who are physically inactive. Maintaining a weekly PAI score of 100 or more was associated with a lower risk of all-cause or CVD mortality in a large population from the United States.
