(the “Company” or “Heidmar”) (NASDAQ: HMR) announces that the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) announced on July 7, 2025 in respect of the acquisition of C/V A. Obelix, has been mutually terminated in accordance with the terms therein. The deposit paid has been returned to the company, and there is no financial impact to the Company. About Heidmar, Inc.
