The Company reported revenue of $1,047.8 million, GAAP diluted EPS of $0.79, and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.04.HighlightsThe Company has scheduled for February 5, 2026 a special meeting of stockholders to vote on adopting the merger agreement with funds managed by Blackstone and TPG, and related matters.Revenue of $1,047.8 million increased 2.5% for the quarter, or 1.3% on a constant currency basis.Total organic revenue excluding COVID-19 and related revenue, the divested blood screening and SSI businesses, and the acquired Gynesonics business increased 2.9%, or 1.6% in constant currency.GAAP diluted EPS of $0.79 for the quarter decreased (9.2%), mainly due to favorable foreign exchange gain
