CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) today announced that Quantinuum LLC ("Quantinuum" or the "Company"), which is majority owned by Honeywell, plans to make a confidential submission of a draft registration statement on Form S-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the proposed initial public offering of Quantinuum's common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
