BROCKTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company” or “HarborOne”) (NASDAQ: HONE), the holding company for HarborOne Bank (the “Bank”), announced net income of $4.7 million, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, for the first quarter of 2020, compared to $4.3 million, or $0.08 per basic and diluted share, for the preceding quarter and $2.1 million, or $0.04 per basic and diluted share, for the same period last year. The results of the quarter reflect charges of $1.5 million to the provision for loan losses and $329,000 to non-interest expense related to the COVID-19 pandemic.Selected highlights:Total commercial loans amounted to $1.7 billion, up $61.0 million or 4%, from the preceding quarter and up $282.6 million, or 20%, year over year. Commercial credit line utilization remained consistent with preceding and prior year quarters at approximately 41%.Total deposits amounted to $3.0 billion, up $78.4 million, or 3%, from the preceding quarter and up $184.6 mi
