exchange seeks regulatory approval to extend trading hours to as much as 23 hours during the work week. In a filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, the exchange outlined plans to add a new overnight session from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. ET, layered on top of its existing pre-market, regular, and post-market hours.
