Recent inventory frontloading ahead of tariff changes temporarily supported margins, but future demand destruction and price sensitivity remain major concerns. HOUR's reliance on Amazon (AMZN) exposes it to platform power, fee increases, and fulfillment competition, further threatening profitability. We believe there has also been the general issue of less disciplined actors pressing down on reseller ROICs.
