(NYSE:HP)Operating and Financial Highlights for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2025The Company reported consolidated net loss of $(97) million, or $(0.98) per share, which includes the impact of a non-cash impairment charge of $103 million. Adjusted for this and other non-recurring one-time items, adjusted earnings(1) were $(14) million, or $(0.15) per share.North America Solutions (NAS) reported operating income of $36 million for the quarter, compared with $118 million in the prior quarter. These results include a one-time impairment of $98 million.
