Les modifications proposées au crédit pour la taxe sur les produits et services (TPS) annoncées lundi par le premier ministre Mark Carney devraient apporter un certain soulagement aux Canadiens à faible revenu, mais des experts préviennent qu’elles pourraient ne pas tenir compte des hausses futures du coût de la vie.
