BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., December 02, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE Herc Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HRI) ("Herc Holdings" or the "Company") today announced that it intends to offer $1,200 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2031 and senior unsecured notes due 2034 (together, the "notes") in a private offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), subject to market and other conditions. The terms of the notes will be determined at the time of pricing of the notes.
