NEW YORK, Dec. 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Health Sciences Acquisitions Corporation ("HSAC," NASDAQ: HSAC), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by RTW Investments, LP, announced today that it has set a record date and a meeting date for the special meeting of its stockholders to, among other things, consider and vote on a proposal to approve the transactions contemplated by the previously announced share exchange agreement pursuant to which HSAC will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares in Immunovant Sciences Ltd., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on enabling normal lives for patients with autoimmune diseases. The special meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., local time, on December 16, 2019 at the offices of Loeb & Loeb LLP, 345 Park Ave, New York, New York 10154.
