So, with that fact in mind, I'm here to tell you that January 13, 2026 marks the day that KTM's former parent company, Pierer Mobility AG, is officially no more. In fact, if you try to access the investor relations website for Pierer Mobility, you will now instead be directed to the new site for all your investor relations-related needs, under the name of KTM's parent company's new owner: Bajaj. To be more precise, the company is now officially known as Bajaj Mobility AG, and the logo you're seeing at the top of this piece is the one that the company has now adopted to represent itself. Its headquarters are still listed in Mattighofen, Austria, and it refers to itself as "the holding company of the KTM Group, one of Europe's leading motorcycle manufacturers.
