SAN JOSE, Calif., April 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on May 21, 2020, to shareholders of record at close of business day on May 7, 2020. “As we continue to navigate through these unprecedented times of dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic and its full economic effects, the Company’s strong capital position, sound underlying earnings and substantial liquidity position, allows us to maintain our regular quarterly cash dividend and continue to reward our loyal shareholders,” said Keith A.
