DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTH) (“Hilltop”) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. Hilltop produced income attributable to common stockholders of $41.6 million, or $0.69 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $35.5 million, or $0.55 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Income attributable to common stockholders for the full year 2025 was $165.6 million, or $2.64 per diluted share, compared to $113.2 million, or $1.74 per diluted share, for the full year 2024.Hilltop also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, an 11% increase from the prior quarter, payable on February 27, 2026 to all common stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026.
