Hertz Global Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: HTZ ) is one of the best penny stocks to buy according to Reddit . Morgan Stanley cut the price target on Hertz Global Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:HTZ) to $5 from $5.50 on March 6, maintaining an Equal Weight rating on the shares and telling investors that it updated its rental care estimates after fiscal Q4, lowering targets for both Avis Budget (CAR) and Hertz after what it calls “much weaker than expected results and guidance”. Hertz Global Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:HTZ) released its fiscal Q4 and full-year 2025 results on February 26, stating that revenue totaled $2.0 billion in fiscal Q4 and $8.5 billion for full-year 2025, reflecting sequential improvement in pricing. This resulted in the company's strongest year-over-year revenue performance since Q1 2024.
