(NYSE:HUM) to $176 from $245. The firm reiterated an Equal Weight rating on the shares. It said it is “incrementally cautious” about the company's expectation that Individual Medicare Advantage margins will double. A February 14 Bloomberg report said Humana acquired Florida-based clinic operator MaxHealth. The company plans to integrate MaxHealth into its CenterWell Senior Primary Care division. This move expands Humana's footprint in primary care for seniors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Reports suggested the deal was valued at around $1 billion.
