Tiffany Norman will become President and CEO of Hannover Re US, succeeding Pete Schaefer, who will retire on December 31, 2025. The appointment is an update of the announcement on September 3, 2025, of Clint Thompson being appointed to the role. He has elected to transition, for personal reasons, to a global role as Principal Lead, Life & Health Portfolio Steering and Business Performance reporting to Hannover Re's Life & Health Reinsurance Executive Board Member, Brona Magee. Tiffany brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, with expertise spanning product development, pricing, financial reporting, valuation, economic capital, and actuarial modelling.
