ROSEVILLE, Minn., Jan. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq: HWKN) today announced results for the three and nine months ended December 28, 2025, its third quarter of fiscal 2026. Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2026 Highlights: Record third quarter results for revenue, gross profit, operating income, and adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (“adjusted EBITDA”), a non-GAAP measure.Revenue growth of 8% over the same period of the prior year, including Water Treatment segment growth of 21% and Industrial Solutions segment growth of 10%.Gross profit increased 5% over the same period of the prior year.Diluted earnings per share ("EPS") of $0.69 decreased by $0.03, or 4% due primarily to an approximately $5 million increase in amortization and interest expense related to the six acquisitions completed in the first nine months of fiscal 2026, including WaterSurplus, the largest of the acquisitions previously announced, which was closed in the f
