the "Company") announces, in connection with its previously announced public offering (the " Offering ") of Class A Common Stock (the "Common Stock"), the exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option to purchase an additional 3,295,076 shares of Common Stock at the public offering price of $6.50 per share. (PRNewsfoto/Hycroft Mining Holding Corporat) The 30-day over-allotment option was granted in connection with the Company's previously announced underwritten public offering of 23,076,924 shares of Common Stock for gross proceeds of approximately $150 million, which was upsized from an initially announced $100 million offering size. After giving effect to the exercise of the underwriters' option, the total number of shares of Common Stock to be sold by the Company in the public offering increased to 26,372,000 shares, for gross proceeds of approximately $171.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses payable.
