CORPORATE UPDATE Sales of properties In consideration for the sale of exploration projects to Fokus Mining Corporation, the Company received an initial cash payment of $750,000 and 10,000,000 shares of the Company valued at $1,750,000. The second cash payment of $750,000 is expected no later than December 3, 2025. Website refresh The Company's website www.visiblegoldmines.com is temporarily offline to accurately reflect recent transactions and highlight the Company's gold projects in the Chapais/Chibougamau area.
