(NASDAQ:IBIO), an AI-driven innovator of precision antibody therapies, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with existing healthcare-focused, high-quality institutional investors for a private placement ("PIPE") financing that is expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $26 million to the Company before placement agent fees and offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about January 13, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
