Directors approved the declaration of a per share cash dividend for shareholders of record of Common Stock, $1.00 par value, as of the close of business on Feb. 13, 2026, payable on Feb. 27, 2026. This is an increase of 4.3% per share from the previous cash dividend. "This discretionary cash dividend was made possible because of our continued record of superior financial results.
