The Oklahoma Charter includes a branch in Dallas, Texas. McElvaney previously served as president of IBC Bank in Oklahoma City. With over 22 years of experience in community banking, McElvaney brings great value to the Oklahoma business community. The Oklahoma City native has spent his entire career with IBC Bank. Robert L.
