(NYSE: ICL) (TASE: ICL), a leading global specialty minerals company, today announced that, as per the resolution of the company's Board of Directors, Asaf Alperovitz will be appointed Chief Financial Officer and a member of the executive management team as of June 15, 2026, succeeding Aviram Lahav, who will conclude his tenure on that date, towards his retirement.
