SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Feb. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ICU Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICUI), a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of innovative medical products, today announced financial results for the quarterly period ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Results Fourth quarter 2025 revenue was $540.7 million, as compared to $629.8 million in the same period in the prior year. GAAP gross profit for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $203.0 million, as compared to $227.3 million in the same period in the prior year. GAAP gross margin for the fourth quarter of 2025 was 38%, as compared to 36% in the same period in the prior year. GAAP net loss for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $(15.7) million, or $(0.64) per diluted share, as compared to GAAP net loss of $(23.8) million, or $(0.97) per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024.
