Britain's Informa in search of replacement for long-time chairman Jan 7 (Reuters) - British event manager and publisher Informa Plc said on Tuesday it was searching for a successor for Derek Mapp, its chairman of 12 years, and expects a replacement to be in place by the end of 2020. The process to identify a new chair follows a period of expansion at the company that included its integration with UBM, which it acquired in 2018 for 3.8 billion pounds.
