HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. (“IGI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: IGIC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an ordinary common share dividend of $0.05 per share for the period July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2025.About IGI:IGI is an international specialty risks commercial insurer and reinsurer underwriting a diverse portfolio of specialty lines.
