As a result, the company will be acquired by MTN for $8.50 per ordinary share, in an all-cash transaction valued at roughly $6.2 billion. ?Management noted that the deal offers strong value to shareholders as it represents a 239% premium over the share price at the time of its strategic review on March 12, 2024.
