MOUNT AIRY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Insteel Industries Inc. (NYSE: IIIN) today announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share and a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock payable on December 12, 2025, to shareholders of record as of November 28, 2025.“We are pleased to announce a $1.00 per share special dividend, continuing our track record of returning capital to shareholders. Our strong financial performance and disciplined capital management enable us to reward shareholders while funding ongoing investments in our business and preserving the flexibility to pursue strategic opportunities,” commented H.O.
