Fiscal Q2 saw an 8% revenue rise but a 6% volume drop and gross margin contraction to 9.6%, driving a 50% decline in operating income. IIIN's near-term margin risk is elevated as wire rod supply constraints and rising costs temporarily outpace price increases, but infrastructure demand and a non-residential construction recovery offer some support. I estimate IIIN shares are about 20% undervalued, with a fair value near $34, but ongoing macro and margin risks temper the risk/reward profile.
