(“YA”) for a registered direct offering of its ordinary shares, and has also entered into a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement (“SEPA”) with YA providing additional equity financing flexibility. Inspira has entered into a definitive agreement for the issuance and sale, in a registered direct offering, of an aggregate of 1,565,217 ordinary shares at a purchase price of $1.15 per share, resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $1.8 million.
