BOSTON and ATLANTA, Nov. 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: IKT) (“Inhibikase” or “Company”), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing therapeutics to modify the course of pulmonary arterial hypertension (“PAH”), today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors that so choose, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. In addition, Inhibikase intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the total number of shares of common stock Inhibikase is offering, at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
