(“Triller”, “Triller Group” or “the Company”) today announced that on November 17, 2025, it received an additional delisting determination letter from the Listing Qualifications Staff of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that, since it failed to timely file its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2025, this serves as an additional basis for delisting.
