NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) today announced that Yael Duffy has been appointed as a Managing Trustee and President and Chief Executive Officer of ILPT, effective January 1, 2026.Ms. Duffy has been President of ILPT since April 2022 and its Chief Operating Officer since May 2020. Ms. Duffy is also an Executive Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR), responsible for overseeing asset management, leasing and property management functions of a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR.
